Plans & pricing
AI business phone system pricing that replaces the stack.
Five editions, one platform. The AI receptionist is included in every one of them — we gate capacity, never the intelligence. Priced against the $300–800+/mo stack it replaces.
Editions
Five editions. One platform. AI included in all of them.
Pick a billing period — quarterly saves 5%, annual gives you two months free. Every edition includes AI voice minutes, with a published per-minute overage.
Individual
Your AI assistant answers your phone.
$29.17/mo
2 months free — billed annually at $350/yr.
- Keep your number (call forwarding)
- AI answers your missed calls
- Voicemail with summaries
- Calendar and email assistant
- Web chat widget
100 AI voice minutes included
$0.12/min overage
Vs. the stack: Fyxer/Lindy ($30) plus a Zoom Phone line ($15) is $45 — and those don't answer your phone. $35 is 22% under that stack.
Professional
A front desk and phone system for your practice.
$74.17/mo
2 months free — billed annually at $890/yr.
- Everything in Individual
- Mini-PBX with up to 5 extensions
- Natural-language and DTMF IVR
- Call routing and transfer
- SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram
- Full executive-assistant suite
500 AI voice minutes included
$0.10/min overage
Vs. the stack: Goodcall Starter ($79, voice only) plus any phone system ($15+) is $94+. $89 stays under the stack — with PBX, omnichannel, and EA suite included.
Business
Your entire company phone system, with a digital workforce inside.
$45.83/user/momin 3 users

- Unified omnichannel inbox: voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social, chat
- Departmental assistants

1,000 pooled AI voice minutes per account
$0.10/min overage
Vs. the stack: RingCentral Advanced + Smith.ai Pro + an EA tool runs $80–120 per user-equivalent. We are ~30–45% under the stack — while being the only one where the PBX, the AI, and the inbox share one brain.
Contact-Centre
Human and AI agents in one operation.
$87.50/agent/momin 3 agents
2 months free — billed annually at $1,050/yr per agent.
- Everything in Business
- Inbound and outbound queues
- Human and AI agent workspaces
- Supervisor console and quality management
- Compliance-constrained campaign tooling

$0.09/min overage
Vs. the stack: Genesys CX 2 is $115, NICE $110, Talkdesk Voice $105 — before their AI add-ons. We match the cheapest and still include the AI agents they charge extra for.
Enterprise
Your governed digital workforce, at platform scale.
from$182.50/agent/mo
Custom quote, scoped to your operation.
- Everything in Contact-Centre
- Digital workforce administration
- Federation: OIDC, SAML, SCIM
- SIP trunking and BYOC
- Data residency, SLA, and compliance pack
- Dedicated success
Volume minute pools scoped to your operation
Volume rates down to ~$0.07/min
Vs. the stack: Five9, Genesys CX 4, and NICE Ultimate run $200–250 per agent — plus AI extras. From $219 with the workforce included.
The intelligence is never an add-on.
Competitors gate AI behind add-ons or top tiers. We gate capacity — minutes, concurrency, custom prompts — never the intelligence itself. Every edition answers with the same brain.

Value anchor
Priced against the stack it replaces.
Replicating WoneAssistant today means three to four vendors — with no shared context between them. We replace all of it, integrated.
The old way: 3–4 vendors
- RingCentralbusiness phone$20–30 /user/mo
- Smith.aireceptionist service$150–500 /mo
- A CCaaS omnichannel seatcontact-centre channels$110–165 /agent/mo
- An executive-assistant toolscheduling and admin$30–100 /user/mo
$300–800+ /mo — and the phone, the AI, and the inbox never share a brain.
The WoneAssistant way: one platform
- Cloud PBX and business phone system
- AI receptionist and digital workforce — included, not an add-on
- Unified omnichannel inbox: voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social, chat
- Executive-assistant suite for every seat
From $35/mo — one bill, one brain, ~30–45% under the stack on Business.
The human-receptionist anchor: Ruby charges $250/mo for 50 minutes. WoneAssistant Professional includes 500 AI minutes, a phone system, and a full executive-assistant suite — for $89.
Fair billing
Honest pricing, down to the minute.
No fake “unlimited,” no surprise line items. The commercial terms are published before you commit.
Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.
Quarterly saves 5% on the list rate; annual gives you two months free — pay 10, get 12. The toggle above reprices every edition live, and annual is the default because it is the best value.
Minutes that scale with you.
Every edition includes AI voice minutes — from 100 on Individual to 2,000 pooled on Contact-Centre. Beyond that, a published per-minute overage from $0.07 to $0.12. Never a surprise line item.
Messaging at carrier cost + 20%.
SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram are billed at carrier cost plus 20% — not “unlimited.” Messaging is bursty; honest pass-through pricing beats a fair-use clause.
FAQ
Common pricing questions.
Straight answers about minutes, channels, and your existing number.
Can I pay monthly, quarterly, or annually?
Yes — every edition offers all three periods. Quarterly bills every three months at 5% off the list rate; annual bills once a year with two months free (pay 10, get 12 — a 17% saving, our best value). The billing toggle and the build-your-plan configurator above show the exact totals for each period before you commit.
Is the AI receptionist really included in every plan?
Yes. Every edition, from Individual to Enterprise, includes the AI receptionist. Competitors gate AI behind add-ons or top tiers; we gate capacity — minutes, concurrency, and custom prompts — never the intelligence itself.
What happens when I run out of AI minutes?
Your service keeps running. Additional minutes are billed at your edition’s overage rate: $0.12/min on Individual, $0.10/min on Professional and Business, $0.09/min on Contact-Centre, and volume rates down to ~$0.07/min on Enterprise. Business and Contact-Centre minutes are pooled across the account — shared, not per seat. Contact-Centre runs on the standard voice stack by default, with premium voice available as an add-on.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. On Individual, keep your number and simply forward missed calls to your assistant. From Professional up, your numbers move onto the platform as part of setup — availability and any porting work are confirmed before you commit.
Do you charge per channel?
Voice, web chat, and the omnichannel inbox are part of your edition. SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram are billed at carrier cost plus 20%, because messaging usage is bursty — you pay for what you actually send, at an honest margin.
