Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of WoneAssistant — the platform that brings AI assistants, business communications, cloud PBX, and network operations into one coordinated system.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the WoneAssistant service (“WoneAssistant”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the WoneAssistant platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use WoneAssistant on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. The WoneAssistant service

WoneAssistant is a hosted platform that unites AI assistants, business phone and cloud PBX (numbers, extensions, routing, and call journeys), and network-operations visibility. Features, seat counts, and usage allowances vary by edition; the descriptions on our plans & pricing page form part of these Terms. Optional add-ons — such as minute packs, additional local or toll-free numbers, and premium voice options — are metered and billed as described at purchase.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the users and assistants you configure.

4. Plans, billing, and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing period you select (monthly, quarterly, or annual) at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • Usage-based charges (such as minute packs and phone numbers) are metered and billed with your plan.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes and telecommunications surcharges, which may be added at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WoneAssistant to:

  • place unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or unsolicited bulk calls or messages, or violate applicable telemarketing and robocalling rules;
  • impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent that an AI assistant is a human where disclosure is required;
  • record calls or process personal data without the consent or legal basis required by the laws that apply to you and your callers;
  • violate the privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights of others;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or interfere with the service’s operation;
  • circumvent access controls, quotas, metering, or license restrictions, or resell the service except as expressly permitted by your plan.

We may suspend or terminate access — and reclaim numbers where required — if we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.

6. Your data and content

You retain all ownership of the data and content you place in WoneAssistant — including configuration, contact lists, call recordings, transcripts, and messages (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you: processing, transmitting, storing, and displaying Your Content as directed by your use of the platform. We do not use Your Content to advertise, and we do not sell it. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents needed to process it, including the consent of callers where recording or AI handling requires it.

7. Communications compliance

Phone numbers, calling, and messaging features are subject to telecommunications rules in the countries where you use them. You are responsible for how you configure AI assistants and call journeys, for disclosures to your callers (including AI disclosure and recording notices), and for honoring do-not-contact preferences. Emergency calling may not be available or may differ from traditional services — do not rely on WoneAssistant as your sole means of reaching emergency services.

8. Intellectual property

The WoneAssistant software, brand, documentation, and site content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during your term. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer (except where the law prohibits this restriction), or create derivative works of the proprietary parts of the service.

9. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it, including your rights to access, export, and erase your data. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor (for example, recordings and transcripts of your callers), we do so on your documented instructions as the controller.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI assistant outputs will be accurate or complete; you are responsible for reviewing assistant behavior and outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you paid nothing, one hundred US dollars). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your communications and calling activity, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including claims by your callers and contacts.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the service. You may stop using it and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period (at least 30 days) before deletion, unless legally prohibited. Numbers assigned to your account may be released on termination. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
